Build a stronger Immune System

Building a healthy immune system is what keeps your doctor’s visits to a minimum and medical bills low. You are less prone to viral infections and are more likely to experience less down time than those with weak immune  systems.

You will want to add more vegetables, fruit, grains, tea, and a few supplements to your diet.

.

Elderberry, echinacea, or zinc, Yerba Mate Tea or Green Tea,  Warm Lemon water, Red beans, Fish, lean chicken, Beets, Spinach, Collards, and Red Cabbage, and essential oils (aroma therapy).

Either of the supplements assist with building a stronger immune system

Do not over cook your vegetable. They should be crisp after steaming. Over cooking them decreases the nutritional value.

Warm lemon water cleanses the liver which rids toxins from your body.

Beets help better blood circulation.

Yerba Mate or Green Tea are rich in antioxidants.

Fish rich in omega 3’s are beneficial for heart health (salmon, sardine, mackerel, cod, herring, fresh water trout, and tuna.

Some essential oils have been known to give your immune system a boost as well!

So, start taking care of your body and get a great bill of health from your doctor.

I have to express my appreciation to you for bailing me out of this type of dilemma. Right after surfing around throughout the the net and finding advice which are not pleasant, I figured my life was over. Being alive minus the answers to the problems you have resolved as a result of your good posting is a serious case, as well as ones that could have negatively affected my entire career if I had not discovered the blog. The know-how and kindness in touching all the pieces was helpful. I don't know what I would have done if I had not discovered such a thing like this. It's possible to at this point look forward to my future. Thanks a lot very much for your skilled and sensible help. I will not think twice to refer your blog post to anybody who will need guidelines about this area.
