Dementia is not a specific disease, dementia is a group of conditions characterizedby impairment of at least two brain functions, such as memory loss and judgment. WHat we are not realizing is the fact that a person must start with good eating habits and exercise at a very early age. Preferably, during childhood to the present. 

All the food ads consisting of fatty bacon, beef, and foods loaded with added sugars, and sodium, is not a secret to understanding why so many individuals are riddled with disease. 

Heres are some ingredients to a healthy brain and body

Korean Ginseng supplement Tea - used to improve overall health, improve memory,  boost immune system, and fight off srtress.

Elderberry -  may support heart health, improve antioxidant status, and have a variety of anti cancer and anti diabetes anti-inflamatory effects.

Beets and beet greens - loaded with life - giving minerals including magnesium (which has lots of benefits, including Alzeheimers prevention potassium (which aids heart,kidneys, muscle nerve, and digestive functions), copper, iron, and phosphorus, an essential mineral aiding cell function throughout the body.
