Ingredients
6 Portobello mushroom caps, halved
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced or grated
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
corn or flour tortillias, warmed
Veggie Fajita
Omit garlic and replace with saute onions
omit cilantro and repalce with1/2 cup sliced red peppers
garnish with a few slices of avocado
