2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tbsp ground Cinnamon

3 large Eggs
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Applesauce
2 tsp Vanilla Exract
2 cups grated Carrot
8 oz crushed pineapple
1 cup Walnuts or Almonds
1/4 Sunflowers seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
